Open the Trigold system from your desktop and select Commercial Mortgages. (right)
Select an Existing Client or click New Client. (right)
When you have completed the Client details, select ‘Commercial’ from the Client Screen toolbar

From the Commercial Mortgages screen, you can choose between Commercial first abd Interbay Commercial. (right)
Interbay Landing screen.
Choose between Conditional offer request and Loan Application.
Please note: You must complete a Conditional Offer before submitting a full Loan Application.
Commercial First Landing screen.
Select conditional offer request.
When the form is complete, the SEND NOW and SEND LATER buttons will become active. Click the SEND NOW button if you
are online.
Please note: For Interbay Commercial, you must complete a Conditional Offer before submitting a full Loan Application.
