This functionality now incorporates the total to pay calculation, including the ability to enter a range of different broker fees. It provides you with the ability to compare two products side by side, either over the entire mortgage term or alternatively a selected total to pay period, to provide an analysis of the total mortgage cost including fees etc over a given time period (often known as a “true cost calculation”) This is especially useful for advisors wishing to give a comparison between, for example, an Intermediary mortgage product and a lender direct product with different broker fees being charged for each option.
