Newbury:

• Have launched a new 2 year fixed rate and a 2 year discount rate.
• Newbury have also educed their Fixed rate to 01/03/2015 from 5.25% to 4.89%

Northern Rock:

• Everyday 2 Year Tracker rate for purchases at 70% LTV with a £995 fee will now be 2.59%.
• Everyday 2 Year Tracker rate for remortgages at 70% LTV with a £995 fee will now be 2.75%
• Everyday 2 Year Tracker rates for purchase and remortgage at 75% LTV with a £995 fee will now be 2.84%
