The E-Trading Centre (ETC)

The E-Trading Centre (ETC) is the central hub for applications on the Prospector system.

Whether you want to submit pre-populated DIPs, full mortgage applications, visit lender’s websites or apply for Insurance cover, it can all be done through ETC.

All forms are pre-populated from the Prospector Fact Find, so if using technology to save time makes sense to you then so will using ETC.

For mortgage-related insurance, Prospector offers you the opportunity to discuss all your client’s needs with them by automatically quoting Life Insurance, B&C and MPPI as you complete their mortgage details.

Secured Sourcing

Secured Sourcing makes it simple and straight-forward to arrange secured loans through the unique recom¬mendation wizard. In contrast to other systems, you can actually source products and fully document cases as you would do a mortgage.

The Secured Sourcing module has all the leading lenders and master brokers to provide you with the best the market has to offer.

Automated Valuations

Hometrack on Prospector enables you to obtain a reliable and un-biased property valuation based on local deed prices for similar homes, price inflation, market demand and other key factors.

In addition you can instantly generate a valuation report which lists and explains the key factors contributing to the valuation.

This service provides you with a means to test the accuracy of the client’s valuation, discuss it with them then source and advance the application with greater certainty of a trouble-free completion.
