Secured Sourcing main screen

There are two routes you can take to obtain a secured loan for a client:

Quick Quote/Source and Refer to a Master Broker to give clients detailed information about loan products, including monthly payments and full product illustrations.

Refer Directly to Master Brokers for them to select the most appropriate product. Just click the Apply button to the right of the Master Broker’s logo to send the customer requirements electronically.

Compliance

Unique to Trigold’s Secured Sourcing is the ability to produce documentation to support your advice. Click Terms of Business or Reasons for Recommendation to produce these letters.

The Terms of Business sets out the general terms and conditions of your advice to the client specifically for secured loans.

The Reasons for Recommendation documents your clients’ suitability for a secured loan.

Documents are stored in the documents section and also in the main documents list in Prospector AAA.

Note: Secured Sourcing will also generate a product illustration for individual products.

Sourcing

If you have selected the Quick Quote/Sourcing route you need to complete the applicant details and affordability information. If you answer ‘Yes’ to either of the adverse credit questions, click the More Details button.

Note: To establish the customer’s recorded adverse credit information, click Equifax to get a full credit report.

When details are complete, click Quote.

The source results screen will provide a list of all available secured loan products for your client. The results can be sorted according to the column headings by clicking on the header title or on the Sort menu.

Double click on the product or select the product tab on the right to see the product details. To produce a product illustration, select Illustration from the toolbar or from the product details window.

To apply for a chosen product, click Apply from the toolbar or the product details window.

Application screen

Icons to the left of each master broker will show whether that Master broker can advise on and process the application. To open their form, click Apply from the list or Apply To Selected Broker on the right.

Refer Directly

When the secured loan application form is complete in Prospector AAA, the SEND NOW and/or SEND LATER buttons will become active.

Click the SEND NOW button on the toolbar if you are online. If you are not online, click the SEND LATER button. This stores the document on the Prospector AAA Outbox on the Front screen, from where you can send the form when you are next online.
