How much does Prospector AAA cost?
A standard Prospector AAA system currently retails for £29.95 + VAT per user per month. We also have promotional systems offered under an exclusive range of Networks.

Your subscription with Trigold entitles you to unlimited updates until such time as you give written notice to cancel.

How many installations does your subscription entitle you to? How many people can use this subscription?
Under a single Prospector AAA subscription one person is entitled to two installs. One install on a laptop and one on a desktop, it is a single user licence.

How do I pay for Trigold?
Payment is made via direct debit and payment is taken monthly in advance. A copy of our direct debit mandate form is available under the Direct Debit Forms section above.

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you wish to cancel your subscription with Trigold please click here. The cancellation will be effective one full calendar month from notification as per our terms and conditions or a later date specified by you.

For Example: You give us notice that you wish to cancel on the 15th July. One further payment will be taken for the month of August and cancellation will take affect as of the 31 August (1 calendar month from notification).

How do I add or remove users from my subscription?
If you wish to amend your existing number of subscribers please click here and enter the details of the users you would like to add/remove from your subscription. Your direct debit will be amended accordingly and a letter sent to notify you of the change to your subscription.
